From the receptionist to the doctor they were very pleasant very polite and very informative there was not interested in just the money they also wanted to make sure you got the good hearing aids you need at a price you can afford.

I've worn aids for the past 15 years. This is the forth set I have purchased. Dr. T K is the first to fit me with what was best for me, with a great explanation of why these were the best.nOther places I've been to want to sell more for profit than what's right for customer.

Dr. TK Parthasarathy provided customized treatment for my hearing problem after thorough diagnosis. He listens to my concerns and takes time to clarify my questions. He's very kind and methodical in his approach. The staff at Better Hearing Clinic is also kind and very good to work with.
