VERY DISAPPOINTED! I went in to see Dr. Butterfield and he did not care what I had to say . He didn’t prescribe anything I asked for . I asked for a different type of sleep pill he refused. I asked to get a monthly allergy pill he said no there’s no different than getting a over the counter pills . I asked if I could maybe get on a weight loss pill Bc I’ve been struggling with my weight he said no pills wouldn’t help me I need surgery . After I told him I don’t have money for surgery he wouldn’t even try to understand. He thinks he knows everything about my insurance when I know what they pay and what they will pay . DO NOT GO SEE DR. BUTTERFIELD HE IS A WASTE OD TIME AND MONEY !!!

I have been going here for years. I have now been on hold for 27 minutes because I want to make an appointment and they won't make me an appointment without speaking to a nurse. I will be looking to go somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

Very welcoming and clean place. I went to the urgent care as a walk-in, and was done in 30 minutes. Being from out of town, I couldn’t believe how fast and convenient this was.
