Some nurses do well here, others don't. Like to slam doors, when requested to do a referral it seemed like to much work involved for their little non busy place! Very rude, attitudes, not being able to work together over a little referral to call doctors. Lol. I was hung up on as well. Dr. Q. is a great professional doctor it's a shame, cause now we have to switch doctors just due to these uncomfortable issues. The person should most def be FIRED since they don't want to be compassionate, caring to help you!!! Sorry Dr. Q. can't work with nurses like this. Thanks for being kind, helping us out at the time being.

Carlinville Family Practice has the best of the best. I am so happy to be a patient here. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly, professional, and they make you feel welcomed. Dr. Quarton is one of the greatest doctors I have ever been to. They are all very thorough, helpful, and will answer any and all questions you may have. I really appreciate everything they do, and all of their hard work.

I don’t know many other doctor’s offices that schedule patients in the same day no matter what time you call, you can always be seen same day. Wonderful staff from the moment you walk in the door up to checking out. Competent providers who take the time to listen and are truly patient oriented.nBeen a patient here for almost 15 yearsnAnd have total trust in all the providers I’ve encountered.

I've been in Dr. Q's suboxone program for about 6 years or so. During this time I've had almost exclusively great experiences. Doctor Q is extremely thorough and a fantastic listener as well as physician. He's helped me overcome many obstacles that he did not have to and has helped me medically with many issues that I was not initially seeing him for. Being in any program like this for several years, you tend to have your ups and downs. During the ups, Doc is very encouraging and helpful. During the downs, very understanding and willing to listen to your problems and address them thoroughly and aggressively. In many years I've had multiple issues, and every single time Doc has been willing to listen and and was very understanding, as opposed to many other places that will just cancel your relationship with them the moment you tell them. Needless to say he is now my primary care physician and you should not hesitate to check out their facility. The nursing staff is super friendly, always able to work with you and prepared for whatever you ask of them. Wait times are not abnormal, either.

Dr. Brian Quarton is extremely professional and up-to-date on information. I've struggled with addiction and he is the first doctor to basically hold my hand and walk me through a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this facility. Any issue I have had, they were more than willing to look into it and help me through it.
