Campus Tire Pros and Service

I don't trust ANYONE with my car. Except this shop. These guys are honest and super fair with their pricing. Most shops will assume a woman doesn't know anyways and try to scam you. I appreciated so much that this place was not like that!

Campus Tire Pros does everything for a great price and they do it quick! I got a timing belt done on my Honda in 3 hrs for a way better price than other shops. I go here for everything because they have earned my trust!

Rod the owner, never met me or my family before went out of his way to get us in as fast as possible in a time crunch and went, Way above and beyond to do everything he could and fix mistakes other local shops had made

So I had come with my car to get an alignment about a week and a half ago. My car is old and one of the mechanics called after a while saying they were out of something to help them remove nuts and asked if we could come back another time offering a discount for the inconvenience. Not a problem. Wasn't able to come in until today. At the desk I mentioned to the mechanic what the other guy said about a discount and he got very angry at me. Honestly wish I had left here, but I decided to keep with the service cause I made the appointment. It took longer than had been anticipated and I was late for a class because of it. The mechanic also came into the office to make passive-aggressive comments at me while they were working on my car, and I heard them bad-mouthing me in the garage. When he came in to give me my keys, I paid without saying anything, but he just had to let me know how much money he lost on the job because of the discount. Honestly, I know how much these cost and was willing to pay it, I just wanted to see if we could work anything out because I've been without the car an extra week than I had planned. I'm never coming back and I really hope no one else has such a bad experience. I was extremely disappointed because I thought this was a better place than that. I also, honestly, am not sure if they even did anything cause the car feels about the same driving it. He also, apparently, didn't email me my receipt like he said he would or give me any warranty info.

I trust this place implicitly. They explain everything kindly, don't charge extra, and do everything they tell you they'll do. Convenient place, too!
