I had an exceptional experience at the Jiffy Lube on Freedom. Previous experiences with mechanics and even other Jiffy Lube shops had deterred me for a time, but I received some coupons in the mail and felt it worth it to try another location. I received warm greetings upon arrival, was in quick, and Nathan gave very helpful information deciding what really needed fixing on my car. Jackson was friendly upon checkout, letting me know exactly what had been serviced, next steps for registration, and double checking that I received the reminder sticker in my car. This location changed my impression of Jiffy Lube and I will definitely be returning for my oil change needs

I got an oil change, tire rotation, windshield chip repair, and brake fluid replacement all in about an hour. I liked how they went through everything that they found in their inspection and let me decide what I wanted to do. They also let me know things that should get done on my car sometime in the future just so that I’m aware. Everything looks good and seems to be running well.

Jiffy Lube is efficient and kind! I went in for an oil change and before they changed anything they let me know of what they saw that might also need work done but asked before they did anything! They were very quick which I appreciate! On the way out the worker was a gentleman and opened my door for me! Would recommend!

The employees at this location are incredible. In a few words: polite, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, handsome. The building is old but in good repair. Prices are more than reasonable - especially when the level of service is taken into account. Thanks, Jiffy Lube!!
