My experience here was amazing. I walked into the store, was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Nate helped me find the battery I needed and helped me with another product. During our interaction he also helped out a coworker a few times as their card reader needed an override. He did this in a way that didn't impact me as a customer. What an amazing manager! He then came out to the parking lot to replace it on the spot. He had a good system and was careful but efficient.
Nate deserves praise and a promotion for the excellent work he is doing at this location. Thank you!!
Nate was very helpful. They were very busy when we were there and he worked very diligently to replace our battery. The other employee working at the time also did a great job. The manager showed up on an off day while Nate was helping us and he helped us out as well. They worked hard to help us and provided great customer service.
So far a good experience. Learning to take care of my car myself. Alexis was really nice, helped me choose the between two filters and let me know about a deal so I got an oil pan with my purchase. Going back to see if they can get the oil pan bolt loose, previous oil change must have been put on with an air compressed wrench.
I've always had very professional and helpful people here. Just had a great experience with Jaycee, who was very nice and helped us charge our battery in about an hour! Jaycee went above and beyond! It was obvious she cared about us and did a great job!
