Friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to help the best they can. I was allergic to one of the capsules they gave me for one of my refills, unbeknownst to me, and when I called and explained what was going on, they immediately ordered a capsule from a different manufacturer for me to be able to stock AND noted my account to only dispense my refills in the certain capsules. Will be in the following day!

Bertram`s Pharmacy is one of the best to do business with. I have been dealing with a nasty lung infection and homebound except for visits with one of the many Doctors I now have.They have been so good and helpful getting me everything I need, weather is is filling a prescription or a box of alcohol prep pads they deliver in a timely and courteous manner.Love these guys.
