Steve's company did a fantastic job. We just needed an oil change, and they made us feel very important. They did a thorough job going through our car and notified us of all the potential issues. However, they weren't sales-y and pushy trying to get us to buy things from them. Instead, they were very polite. When we got in our car to drive away, there was a bag of cookies with a note from Steve thanking us for coming in. Then a couple days later, we got a handwritten letter from Steve again thanking us for coming in. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Nice people, but I feel like they are more in it for the money than for the customer. If you don't mind paying a little extra then these are your folks. They will take care of you. If you want the job done cheaper, it can be found elsewhere.

This place was Steve's, for like 35 years. He was there, he was on it, he was a total communicator, and had the best repair shop in Utah for decades. You could trust him 100%. Didn't even have to advertise: everybody just told everybody else where to go for honest service. When I heard he was retiring and had sold the place to Meineke I was really afraid I was going to have to start searching for someplace else. I went there once after it sold for something and realized that Steve loved his work, his shop, and his customers, and had taken the time and care to sell to somebody who he knew would carry on his vision of great service and exceptional communication. Thankyou Steve! It may be called Meineke now, but it's the same amazing shop it's always been, and Lindsey is a hands on owner with a heart of gold and the brain of a master mechanic. Whew. This is still the best repair shop in Utah hands down. Tell them Lynne sent you. I send everybody there.

My wife and I are traveling across the country. We asked him to check out one wheel for a funny noise. They checked them all and found something wrong on a different wheel and more. They didn't try to oversell us and resolved our issues professionally, going above what they were asked to do. We trust them and would readily do business again.

They have been with me for a long time and done wonderful work if you know anyone that needs work done on their car take it to them you won't be sorry you did But they are not Steve's Intermountain Their name is now. Meineke I have a 2000 Chevy Malibu and Linsey Lori and Tim are a great team with wonderful team of workers have done a great a job I would say go give them a try.
