Amazing place! Super clean cabin in a great location with amazing views off the back deck. No reason to look anywhere else if you are staying in Southern Illinois. We will definitely be back!
The view was amazing. The cabin nice and clean. However, the owner is very difficult to work with. The hot tub was broken, so be sure to call ahead an check. The outside needs maintenance and repair. The landscaping needs work, as much of the plants are overgrown. Beware of hidden charges for things like fireplace, hot tub, and laundry room use.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE IN HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!! JAN'S PLACE IS SOO NICE AND SHE IS SUPER SWEET!! THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR PARADISE WITH US. IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL AND CLEAR YOUR HEAD. GRAB A BOTTLE OF WINE AND HEAD THIS WAY. HOT TUB, WINE ,SPECTACULAR VIEWS, PEACE AND RELAXATION!!!
Beautiful view. More than plenty of toiletries and kitchenwear. We rented both cabins for a family vacay. Was lovely. The owner was by daily to water flowers. She told us after we had already used the laundry room that there would be an extra charge and the one hot tub was dirty. Overall nice experience
