I had a phenomenal experience at All Auto. Hands down, the most positive experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. As a woman with little knowledge of cars, I often feel suspicious that mechanics will overcharge and find something extra that "needs to be fixed." Not the case here. I showed up early one morning without a scheduled appointment and with an unknown issue, and Marco and Noe were both very thorough in assessing the issue. Noe took the time to show me the parts of my car that he was checking and explained the specific issues happening. I never felt pressured to make a decision about what to do, and once I did make a decision, Noe got to work quickly. While I waited, I enjoyed conversation with Isabel, the wonderfully welcoming office assistant. She was happy to give me the wifi password so that I could get some work done while I waited for repairs. After walking in stressed out and overwhelmed, I left feeling cheerful and grateful to have found such a great shop. I would definitely recommend this place, and plan to go back in the future.

On my way to az and I started to feel something weird with the driver tire. They were the closest and had a great rating so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! They were professional explained things really well, very helpful and quick on the job! They really do live up to their reviews!

This place is awesome! Amazing costumer service, got me in same day! My check engine light went on and they were able to help solve the problem immediately, also never felt like they were trying to scam me I have an old car that could have underlining issues. Very affordable and would highly recommend!

I came in with a failing fuel delivery system and they told me that if I paid them $420 to replace spark plugs and O2 sensors it would fix it. I showed up, got charged $620 and it could barely drive off the lot. They then said they need to do more tests to see what the problem was and quoted me a bunch more for different repairs. Dishonesty at it’s finest
