I needed to do some work on my car. My father-in-law and I came down here to get the necessary part to replace a piece in the front end suspension. The employees greeted us quickly, located the part we needed, and we were on our way in less than five minutes. I went back a second time for brake pads and it was the same quick process. I will be returning here for the foreseeable future for all of my auto part needs.

Super friendly and helpful!! The assistant manager came out and helped me install the right windshield wiper after I bought the wrong one and exchanged it. Fast service and they know their stuff! Definitely recommend!

- Workers don't know anything about mechanics/cars. - Very disrespectful and not helpful. - Not apologetic and not sincere. They gave me the wrong part, then they made it sound like it was my fault and they weren't helpful to my needs( arguing and getting mad at me on the phone). You guys need to teach your reps how to be respectful and useful to your customers. Not treat them like garbage. Last time Im shopping here.

This place... I can't even put together the right words to explain how amazing it is! 5 stars isn't nearly enough. The assistant manager Dre is one of the best dudes I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out with getting a alternator for my mustang! Because of Dre O'Reilly's has earned a forever customer and we will send everybody we know to this place!! If you need help getting a part I HIGHLY recommend that you go here!!! Dre is an amazingly awesome guy, thank you for helping us out!
