The workers are very rude and on top of that, if you make an update to your information but it gets changed last second, they'll claim it's you're fault and not just a fact of life that payments change. They hardly ever call you back, you have KEEP calling! FAX them! It's the most effective way plus it shows proof of effort on your end and slack on theirs.
