Britney is also always looking at ways to offer me the very best insurance options but at a great rate. I’ve tried to get coverage through AmFam twice. The first time I asked for a price and I was told someone would get back to me. A week later I needed to be driving and had no response (after I made two follow up calls) so I got immediate coverage through Progressive and hit the road. When the policy expired I asked AmFam again if they would like my money, same thing, “we’ll get back to you”, a week later with no response, I’m back with Progressive. I’m not going to waste my time asking again.nThis office needs some serious help with customer service and phone etiquette. Every person who answers is in too big of a hurry to even breathe when they talk, much less listen to anything I have to say. I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m an interruption to their busy schedule (and “working from home” isn’t an acceptable excuse). I dont care if you’re a big deal insurance agent, I’m a paying customer and I’m not going to work harder to give you my money than you’re going to work to earn it. Progressives app has better customer service than these people.
