Adams County Housing Authority

All their apartments have horrible water heat and water pressure in the shower. They say you have your own hot water heater but I don't know if that's true. The hot water for the sink is excellent. So at least you'll always have clean dishes. But the minute you turn on the shower it's room temp to lukewarm and gets cold in a short amount of time. Very small. Untrustworthy neighbors, and messy. Found my neighbor's trash scattered in my yard twice. Sort of cheap, depends on what paystubs you show. Kind of a rip off. Would love for a hot shower to not be a 5 minute miracle (very rare) before you get blasted with cold.
