Our experience going to PA Rusch has been excellent. He has seen my husband and I and two of our kids. He is polite and honest and a great communicator. Basically, he is not rude. I came to him to check out my umbilical hernia, and he gave me options and I asked him to refer to me to Mayo for surgery, and he did. What he told me about the hernia was exactly what they ended up doing at Mayo successfully. We have driven an extra half hour to go to him rather than others, for reasons mentioned, and because they can almost always get us an appointment the day we call.
