Rock Valley Physical Therapy

I walked into Rock Valley in July 2020 with an orthopedic boot and crutches for an ankle fracture. Five weeks later I was on a treadmill, walking uphill and then jogging for about 4 minutes, but still… JOGGING! This was done purely with manual manipulation and strength, agility and balance training. Physical therapist, Paul Pellett, was instrumental in my recovery and I can’t thank him enough. After working with Paul, I had to continue physical therapy out of state and the new physical therapist was amazed at the level of progress. I found Rock Valley through a Google search and ended up picking them as my service provider based on their responses to my concerns about COVID-19. True to their word, they required masks, did patient temperature checks, and required hand sanitizing upon entry each visit. Therapy tables were wiped down and ice packs were wrapped in pillow cases. The practice is bright, clean and airy, and the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rock Valley.
