We have purchased several appliances from Rockweiler's over the years and they have been fantastic. They have great prices, amazing customer service, and are able to answer any question regarding their products. We haven't needed much repair service, but what we have needed, has been prompt and well done. We can't say enough good things about our experience with them.
Since Pat and I moved to Decorah, about 27 years ago, we have purchased all of our appliances from Rockweiler Appliance. We have never had any issues or problems with anything that we purchased from Rockweiler Appliance. Their installation people are tremendous and their service, when needed, has been first class. We have loved working with Rockweiler over the last 8 years. They have helped us pick out affordable appliances when our refrigerator died unexpectedly a month after moving in to our first home. They helped us pick out a new microwave after ours died a month after moving the next time around. Both instances they could have tried to upsell, knowing we were desperate and not able to wait on a purchase or shop around, but instead they took the time to listen to our needs and help us get exactly what we wanted. Their price match guarantee always makes us feel comfortable with our purchase price, knowing their best interest is always in having the customer satisfied. We highly recommend Rockweiler!
