I just want to give a glowing review of Jim's appliance. Everything from the first contact to setting up the appointment, to the tech who came out to my home. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thank you so much my dryer is working with just a service call in with a few hours of the call.

Products are good, prices good, but terrible customer service follow up. A part missing on a new stove, causing drawer to hang way down, and waited over 2 months with several calls and emails until it could finally get repaired, The set up and delivery person could have easily identified the issue and resolved, but chose to ignore. Very disappointed with attention to detail. Brand new refrigerator doors didn't line up and that was left unnoticed as well. Bought an entire new appliance bundle, but very disappointed in final presentation.
