Thank you AutoZone for helping my daughter charge her Honda Cr-v battery! I'm glad she was in good hands while far away from home attending school.

Good advice. Helpful and patient while I worked on my vehicle.

Just bought a battery from this AutoZone and took advantage of the free battery replacement they offer. It took a while to get the battery replaced and as I was leaving my car died before I made it out of my parking spot. I went back in to AutoZone to see if anyone could help and no one did so I called my husband who came to either tow me or jump start my car. He went into AutoZone to ask if they could test the new battery because the car's fob was not working which made us think the problem was a faulty battery. My husband went into the store and asked if we could get the battery checked. We waited outside and no one came out. He went in a second time and asked again. One of the employees who was helpful before came out and repeated to my husband that she had already told me it was my starter then left us with a car that would not start. My husband and I jump started the new battery and made it half way home when my car died right before a really busy intersection during rush hour. A cop helped us off the road and suggested we check the battery connections. We did, and the problem was the new AutoZone employee did not tighten the connections enough, causing the car to die. The new employee who installed the battery was super nice and helpful. The other employee who was called upon to help afterwards was helpful at first but when asked if she could check the battery for a charge did not check her new employees work but instead insisted it was our car's starter. If she had just checked her new employees work we could have avoided breaking down in the middle of the road. I understand that AutoZone employees are not mechanics and cars are difficult to fix, but if AutoZone is going to offer to replace batteries their employees need to be properly trained. My husband and I felt ignored and belittled by the AutoZone employee after my car died the first time and we asked for help.

The workers there are just great!! My son is 2 and ran out the door with a bag of candy while this young man was trying to explain to me what certain codes meant. Instead of getting after him or I he was very understanding that he was having a rough morning and let him have the candy. When i came back later and explained what happened the second gentleman that helped me was completely understanding of the situation and talked with me about his experiences. It was so nice going into a store with such a great atmosphere.

They let me borrow the engine code reader, I left behind my credit card as collateral. They are all super friendly and kind. They can order your parts and have them here same day. They are fair priced and will help you fix your car.
