Came here a while back, didn’t have the truck covered but the lady was the most nice! She’s always super professional, super nice, and she is an amazing person!

The staff has become increasingly nasty tp deal with. I admittedly did not have my trailer covered as well as I could have and was told I would have to pay an extra $10 fine. I said that I was fine with that which seemed to infuriate the scale attendant. Upon my return from dumping my trailer load she proceeded to chastise me again and inform me that the next fine would be $25 and if my attitude wasn't more pleasant I would be banned from the landfill altogether ........I am now banned from the landfill. I admittedly could have handled it better but city employees need to remember where there paychecks ultimately come from, the taxpaying public.
