Ottumwa Child Support Recovery Unit

Horrible service and always sending my payments to Iowa on accident and are extremely rude when you confront them. They have absolutely no care in the world for the job they are doing and are less then helpful.

You can call and they will leave you hanging on hold just because they don't want to work. Hasn't always been this way, just started recently.

Case worker refuses to send paperwork to modify child support, had to call another office to send it. I pay child support to 2 different offices and never missed a single payment ever in over 7 years and this is the only office that keeps claiming I owe back amount. And other offices say there is $0.00 in back amount. Seems like workers show up when they want, opens at 8 and phones still set to recording then hang up and it’s past 9am. I really really wish someone puts their foot down on this office.

Fixed all issues and have been fair to work with

They are good at saying one thing to one person and telling someone else the complete opposite
