We were moving from Clinton to Ottumwa. 4 days before the real estate closing of our home in Clinton, it was damaged by the Derecho storm. Our agent's phone in Clinton was out, so Ron made sure we still had insurance coverage. His service was also great setting up insurance for our new home.

Guy told me I look like the kind of girl that doesn’t read her mail/bills and they took money out of my account even after I canceled my insurance and after they told me they wouldn’t withdraw anything. It’s been 8 months and they’re still sending me mail and insurance cards.
