Friendly staff that got me way better rates and deductibles than one of the other major competitors I was insured through. The coverages are better also. I highly recommend to check them out.

Every time I call it's like talking with a friend. They always are friendly & helpful. I love my insurance company and won't go anywhere else. During this covid Allstate gave their customers a year free credit protection.

I payed for all state insurance and never got insurance card in email or the mail & come to find out I have no insurance because they can’t find me I would give them 0 stars but it won’t let me . I’m so mad because stuck out of state and no insurance

Absolutely the worst insurance agency I've ever delt with, not only do not have a consistent payment but i can never reach my agency when i need to talk to them. I leave voicemails and i hear nothing. I more than likely will be switching insurance companies
