Last time i came here i waited 35 mins in the drive through with no vehicles in front of me. This time i came inside to place my order the kid taking my order was clearly not aware of the sandwhich formulas....me being a prior assistant manager at a subway i said something in front of both the employees and then they proceeded to charge me 3 dollars extra for the proper amount of meat on a spicy italian....please teach your staff the proper formulas so dissappionting might as well be paying for an extra sandwhich when all i wanted was the proper amount meat and i still didnt even get that.

Service was acceptable, although he warned that they have temporary discontinued a refill on your drink. Which is interesting because most places nowadays just give you a new cup to get you a refill so that they're in compliance with COVID regulations.

My husband and I decided on our long drive home to stop for a break at Cave City Subway Kentucky. We have stopped a couple times before and hadn’t really ever had a issue. We decided to stop yesterday evening 9-20-20. I had already placed our order through the app and it was ready when we got there. He got a steak and cheese footlong with extra cheese and I got the chicken teriyaki with extra cheese. But not even a mile down the road my husband said he didn’t taste cheese in his steak and cheese. So I looked through it, even taking my finger and moving the meat and veggies. No cheese. On a CHEESE AND STEAK SANDWICH. So I decided to look at mine also and there was no cheese. Shocker. But, all in a happy mood we decided it wasn’t a big deal, we would just go back and have them put cheese on, plus the EXTRA cheese we had both ordered on our sandwiches. Now tell me if I’m correct; regular 12’ is 4 half slices, totaling 2 on a footlong; extra cheese would be 8 half slices, totaling 4 whole slices on a footlong. When we pulled back up to the drive through to ask them for our cheese the employee asked the issue. My husband told him that they forgot the cheese. The employee proceeded to get an attitude and say “No I didn’t”. I then spoke up and told him I had used my finger to dig through both sandwiches. And not only was there no extra cheese that we paid an extra $1.60 for (ridiculous), but we didn’t even get the regular cheese. He looked at me, very hateful and said “I KNOW I DIDNT FORGET THE CHEESE!” . Some employee u got there. Anyways, I then asked for his manager, he said they wasn’t there. So I asked for the managers phone number. He said he didn’t know or have it. Tell me, if your store is burning down don’t u want your employees to be able to contact u? He did offer to make us new sandwiches but at that point I KNEW he would spit in them or something nasty that y’all do to customers who have a complaint. I told him no thanks, I didn’t want his nasty spit in my food. So, headed home with no cheese on a STEAK AND CHEESE SANDWICH was very unappetizing for my husband. I threw mine in the trash because at that point I had 0 appetite. Word of advice; RETRAIN your employees about courtesy and respect and then maybe I might stop back in. I will be calling u (manager) so please be expecting my call. Thanks.

Terrible, terrible, and terrible. Waited for 20 minutes at the drive through menu, after she told us to hold on for a minute. Long story short we left after 30 min and never even ordered.

Placed an online order, picked it up it was wrong. Went back to the window waiting a while then the worker came to the window and said. ‘Ummm, is there an issue?’ The took back my wrong sandwich and made me another. Checked it again, wrong yet again. So I called, as I was on the phone I heard the worker tell another worker very rudely, uhhh that online order is wrong, again! I asked for a refund and was denied she offered to replace it sometime through out the week. I picked off what I didn’t want on the 2nd wrong sandwich and attempted to eat it, everything tastes like it has been sitting out for days. Would NOT recommend. Bad food, & very poor customer service.
