Concept Hearing is a good place to get your hearing aids and they take care of them very well for us.

My dad will only go to Heather when he has issues with his hearing aids. She is kind, professional and has PATIENCE with my dad. She explains the issues my dad is having so he can understand. Her laughter is infectious. She is a keeper. Her assistant who handle curb-side was also wonderful. She was very pleasant. My dad also liked her....Keep up the good work ladies!! Sue is AWESOME always helpful to schedule dads appointments. A great place for HEARING AIDS.

We enjoy doing business with Heather! We wish that she lived next door so we could have a cup of coffee or tea with her. We drive an hour and a half just to see Heather and to hear that wonderful laugh! Every time we call Sue, she is so sweet and helpful on the phone and when we walk in the door she always offers us coffee. We really appreciate them!
