Friendly staff, that’s the only reason I give it two stars instead of one. I was asked to come in early for my appointment and when I couldn’t they rushed through my procedure. I went in needing three fillings , three which were all too high, resulting In needing two root canals. I was told two of my teeth, had actually been fused together, that’s how bad my procedure was done. I’m still going to Iowa City to fix Dr Williams handy work. Would not recommend her. Visited both Richland and Ottumwa office. Same Dr , same problems.

I only give 3 people a 5 star Glover, Becca, and Erica. They are my kids doc, and therapy team.

very good caring service, so polite staffs and worth for money

I've never had issues with them. The behavior health is one of the best areas of the hospital. They are soo busy and still handle it beautifully, great doctors employed for them. I've had nothing but great experiences in the mental and regular medical, mental health, and women's side of things.nnThank you for being a part of my life.

Reception was/is incredibly rude. Cancelled my son's dentist appointment with no explanation. Talking over me & not letting me ask or answer questions. No respect for any of their patients. Plus talking about other patients where everyone can hear....very unprofessional & shouldn't even be allowed open.
