STILL WAITING!!! I stayed here on Dec 10th 2020 in roon 417. They (the bald head and rude desk clerk) put my room on my corporate cedit card and deposit on my personal credit card. Next morning I get out to my truck and saw that they charged my personal credit card the room, and put the other drivers name on mine receipt. I had to go back in and they (she was super nice) had to change it. She told us it was corrected and we should see the $129.54 credited back to our account. That was 11 days ago. Every time I call seems to get a run around. Great room 5 stars but the jack wad at the hotel desk needs more training. Not happy at all...the other driver is waiting as well.
