Floorpro is one of a kind - a hometown store with a very professional and helpful staff and up to date products and designs. Mike is outstanding - not only does he have the experience, but he goes the extra mile to help with design ideas, fix any issues, and make sure you are satisfied with the job. Sasha and Seth were great to work with and Scott did a great install. You don't get this kind of service from the other big carpet dealers.

Mike is very knowledgeable about the products, and he was able to help me confidently choose a luxury vinyl tile and carpet to replace flooring from the 80's in my new home. They were friendly and the installation was amazing, even considering what was under that old flooring. My house feels brand new, and I couldn't be happier with my service and product.
