Why does everyone treat my anxiety like a joke! I'm losing my mind! You think giving me a pill with crazy side effects and possible drowsiness is going to ease my worries! I drive a fork truck! And your response is to just take it at night. I don't know what to do anynore! No one is listening! No one understands!

The ladies at the front desk are completely rude, they act as if when I come in it’s an inconvenience. I have been forgotten in the waiting room multiple times one time for over a hour. My dr dr Carla Cloos is terrible. I have had some issues on going starting at the beginning of the year. She has proscribed me antibiotics multiple times most of them that I am allergic to. When I told her that I believed something was wrong with me due to the infection that I kept getting kept coming back. She told me that everything was fine and it was normal how often I was getting these infections. Finally I got another infection and asked to see my chart. I had been getting these infections twice a month sense the beginning of the year brought that to HER attention and she finally agreed something must be wrong and referred me to a specialist. Specialist can’t get me in until another 2 months so they just pretty much told me there is nothing they can do for me so I get to sit here in pain for another two months. Also asked for my medical history with these infections and they said that’s not something they do. Refusing to give me my own information so I could get a second opinion.

Been seeing Dr. Darrow for years! He's ALWAYS taken care of my needs or referred me to the best surgeons in town. He's very understanding, easy to understand, great staff never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get to a room. I recommend he, Eldridge and Genesis to everyone.

I felt like I was such a burden to even be there for the ladies working up front. Very rude and not polite at all. Dr. Neil was nice and respectful, but the ladies up front just acted like they were disgusted that I was there..
