College Terrace

I would rather be homeless than live here ever again. The property manager is a lazy liar. She let me move out from lease early and then, two years later, served me papers for “non-payment of rent.” I went to get things settled with her to which she tried telling me since I moved in when another girl moved out, I technically subleased for this girl, totally fine. So, I asked what about the girls who had lived there after me, and she tried saying no one else had lived there. When I mentioned the girls by name and when I had seen them, she said oh yeah, you’re right. Got things figured out, was just waiting to set up a plan to pay her for what I actually was responsible and never heard anything. Now my wages are being garnished after I had called and sent multiple emails to work it out and she just ignored me and blew it off. She doesn’t care about you, she doesn’t care about the condition of your home. All they want is to have you sign a paper so they can come after you for thousands in a few years. We had a roach problem so bad in our first apartment that they had to MOVE US TO A DIFFERENT BUILDING. I even tried getting contact information to the group that actually owns College Terrace, and she refused to cooperate. If you value your happiness, do NOT move here. They will try and get you for everything I can, and they’ll wait several years to do it.

The property manager is a liar. She lied in court, under oath. They attempted to garnish my pay and had to lie in order to do so. It took over a month to fix it. The apartments are in horrible shape and they refuse to repair things. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, and I did not receive the apt. I was shown on the tour. The manager is never in her office during business hours, and will make that your problem if it ever comes up. I had to take them to court to stop the harassment with constant attempts to sue/garnish me.

Place sued me for 5k had no very little damage to carpet and they also tried tout make me renew my lease when a month before I moved out and then took me to court saying I had renewed my lease when I had not signed any papers or anything. Theven property manager is lazy and a liar.

Nice place to live and quite and friendly .

Did any of you have problems with roaches and bed bugs , because all the places I have lived in never have I until I moved here so therefore I will not pay my rent and moving out my bathroom sink has been broken for a month and a half yet no one came and fixed it
