Like said be prepared to fight for yourself cause they wont listen. And by god they wont give you nothing for it. Sorry ibprofuen and tylenol doesnt work for everybody

Dr. Gomendoza is very through, his bedside manner is excellent and he explains everything very well. I've only had a few visits there but the staff and doctor I've encountered have all been stellar so far.

I would give zero stars but not an option. I went in and he would not listen to me. Was told I had allergies now I have lived with them all my life I know the difference between my allergies and sinus infection. Told me if I did not feel any better in a couple days to go see my family doctor well guess what it is now 4 days later and I am the same. Guess I have to go spend more money to see my doctor if he would just listen I would not still be miserable and off to spend more money.

If you choose this facility for care, you better be prepared to seriously advocate for yourself. Like other reviews here, all of my issues were downplayed by Dr. Gore. No treatment was recommended for three separate concerns. The symptoms persist and I have no answers. The final straw for me was no mention of my blood panel at my last visit. I forgot to ask. Shouldn’t the team or the Doc bring it up? Now I’m waiting for a call back so the nurse can address my results. The front desk which is located in the lobby does not lend itself to privacy or discretion. Upon check out the receptionists are consistently short and curt and speak too loudly letting everyone in the waiting room overhear your business. I gave two stars because, yes, the facility is brand new and very nice. Unfortunately, a nice facility does not equate quality care. In this day and age, we have choices when it comes to services, including medical and as patients, we should demand a standard of excellence. Moving forward, I will be choosing another facility. This place just does not meet minimum expectations for me.

Dr. Gore is an incredible physician. I read a review that says his English is poor and that’s absolutely untrue. He doesn’t even have an accent. He’s kind and he listens to my concerns and needs. I really like him as a physician and the rest of the staff at MercyCare Prairie Creek.
