Iowa Pediatric Dental Center

04/02/2021- Stacy, the receptionist at the Cedar Rapids office is kind, confident, and very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance coverage!! The staff, yet again, passed the bar when it comes to their superior service!nnMy son gets very scared even being in the room with Doctor beds/Dentist chairs and was so scared he didn't feel safe sitting in the chair for a tooth cleaning. Dr. Peterson's assistant worked so well with my son. She looked at and brushed his teeth while he was standing up! We tried to get a full mouth scan but the machine scared my little guy as well and it was quite alright. Dr. Peterson made him feel comfortabe enough to sit in the chair for him to just look. The second appointment we had was with the same assistant and she made so much progress with him, making the XRAY machine fun and Dr. Peterson was able to put sealant of his teeth. We moved an hour and a half away but still drive back for our checkups!nnIt has been a couple years now since Levi first experienced what a visit to Dr. Peterson's clinic was like and to this day, everytime we walk through the doors we are welcomed, cared for, and treated like family. The last time we were there for a teethcleaning/check up, Levi sat back in the dental chair in the main room like a professional while the wonderful woman who cleaned his teeth showed him her tools and made him feel so comfortable he could have fallen asleep while she did a very thorough job cleaning his teeth and taught him good dental hygiene!!nThis last visit, on 2/3/2021, the staff were phenomenal! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and doc! We live out of town and drive down and were in town early for another appt and the receptionist was able to get us in an hour early, right after lunch! I have so many more great things to say and was almost done but lost it by accident and am going to getback on when i can and write more. The Iowa Pediatric Dental Center genuinely care about their patients and their patients' whole family.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. My 8 year old daughter had to have a baby tooth pulled because it was stubborn and wouldn’t fall out on its own. The dentist was amazing and made her feel at ease. He was kind and caring and we can’t thank him enough for such a job well done!

The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason I decided to switch from this place was because they didn't accept my daughters insurance for the things she needed done and the dentist my son goes to, does.

Love this place! They always take good care of my daughter and keep her smile bright- even during these challenging times. We appreciate Iowa Pediatric Dental Center tremendously!

They were amazing with my 3 year old. With this being her first vist to the dentist, they showed her all the tools they were using and explained it to her so she wasn't scared. Plus I got to go back with her. I would highly recommend.
