One word for the Performance Lab: MAGIC! I work at a desk all day, so my shoulders are pretty much a giant knot at any given time. After just a short massage with Becky, I felt like my shoulders dropped an entire foot. Such a relief. I will definitely be going back for more services!

I highly recommend The Performance Lab CT. Not only are the people on staff passionate and knowledgeable about their craft, but it is one of the most positive and encouraging rehab facility to be in if you are recovering or nursing an injury. Becky has provide me with quality assistance even when I am not in town. She is always available to answer any questions I have. Honestly the first “make you feel better” place that actively tries to work themselves out of a job. Becky genuinely works to solve what ails you.nnI had some problems with my neck and lower back. I went to a local chiropractor multiple times over a few months and spent quite a lot of money going to massage parlors just trying to feel slightly better.nn2-3 visits with Becky and she had me sorted out. I’ve brought my friends, my wife, and my mother here. They all unanimously agree that this place is a complete treasure. Absolutely worth every penny of your business.

Becky is amazing! Her unique approach to physical therapy is what puts her a step above the rest! I don’t think there isn’t an ailment she can’t help with! Not to mention their exercise and massage packages! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!
