Monique is the worst customer service representative i have ever spoken with, she says I'm glad I was able to assist you. She did nothing, would not even let me talk, cut me off, was not helpful in placing an order. The driver TC in my area was exceptionally great service. I wanted to give 1 star overall but TC deserves recognition (5star service) as well as nurses and physical therapy folks BUT Monique 0stars. The company needs to evaluate their office staff to get better ratings!!!

I have been a customer with Lincare for over a year I have nothing but praise for them the staff the equipment delivery the equipment delivery man they are all so nice and respectful to me and if i need a prescription for anything they get right on it even the people i talk to on the phone I recommend them to everyone I know Thanks you all for great service

I was told that someone would call me to order parts as needed. It had been a year and no call. I called last week and was told I would get replacement parts. Nothing! I found out they were charging my insurance company for a year of equipment replacement parts that I’ve been buying off of Amazon. I’m reaching out to a lawyer and my insurance company.
