Everytime i go to this gas station really late at night there is always a woman locking the doors so no one can come in and saying they are closed. It doesn't matter what time it is she does the same thing every time. It says 24 hours. So im not sure why she tells everyone its closed.
Terrible customer service experience. We had to ask about restrooms which were out of order they said. Staff was not wearing face masks during a mandated face mask order. No restroom available for people fueling up, but I bet they aren't working all day without a restroom. This is unacceptable for a large gas station convenience store chain located on the interstate. Should have signs posted because I'd have definately gone on down the road and spent my money somewhere else if I'd known.

Restrooms are so dirty they are unusable.
Prattville location. I use the same pump everytime and everytime I have to go in the store to get a receipt. I was told by the rude associated that there is paper in it but it just gets hung up. Really, I must have to worst lucky ever to never get a receipt. Instead of talking to your friend why don't you go fix it. In the day of covid I shouldn't have to go inside when the employee and her friend don't have thier face covered.
