10/10 would not recommend!! I’ve been trying for a month to get established with Dr. Diebel. Her team has been anything but helpful. The doctor requires ALL medical records, not just immunizations before scheduling a new patient appointment. First I’ve ever heard of this and as a military family whom has moved around numerous times to include out of country, this is very difficult to do. Regardless, I’ve tried gathering their medical records and filled out a medical release form for the staff at PIP. They’ve supposedly requested my kid’s records multiple times from their previous doctor to no avail. Instead of Dr. Diebel’s staff following up with the previous doctor regarding the records request, I was told I could call myself to get the status. This is unprofessional in my opinion and it’s blatantly obvious that they do not care for our business. The new patient coordinator, while sweet, seems to only do the bare minimum for her job and did not once make me feel like they would value my children as patients. Luckily, I reached out to another doctor this morning and already have my kids an appointment set up. Will definitely not be recommending this office to anyone!

We see Dr. Brannon here but we love all of the doctors at Partners in Pediatrics! My kiddos have such great experiences here!
