I made an appointment here because I loved Dr. Logan years ago. However, when I called to make an appointment, I was told I would be considered a new patient and that I would Have to see the nurse practitioner. The receptionist was rude on the phone and in person.nWhen I got there with my husband, we were told he couldn’t accompany me which blows my mind. We are trying to get pregnant together, and he should be allowed to be there for his wife.nWhen I get back there, the nurse practitioner had, what I assume was a student, following her. So whatever their rule is for no additional persons only applies to patients?nThe nurse practitioner was indifferent at best. She was not personable and was very condescending. By the end of the appointment I felt belittled and I certainly will never come back here.nI can’t speak on Dr. Logan, she was absolutely amazing when I was her patient 6 years ago.

Nurse Practitioner Dr. Best is one of the most efficient doctors. She fully explains everything to you, while also making you feel comfortable. I could not imagine choosing another doctor.

I have been a patient here for years and after seeing the nurse practitioner (she could get me in quicker) for the same issue 3 visits in a row; when the same issue kept persisting I contacted the office wanting an appointment with Dr. Logan because said issue was still occurring... I was put on hold for 5 min while the nurse was trying to find a time to fit me in. Between Prattville and Montgomery she was unable to find ANY time to fit me in. Instead, I was told to come in November (3.5 months from my phone call stating the ongoing issue). I was told to take medicine that I could’ve been taking for months and months prior, had it been suggested to me before bc I can literally buy it off of amazon. Also, after taking this for 2 months, my issues have still not subsided. The nurse practitioner’s bed side manor, or lack there of was always bothersome to me, but when I had my issues I needed to get in quickly, so I made appointments to see her. It saddens me to think they couldn’t make time for someone who is a current patient. I have found a new doctor and they were able to get me in within 3 weeks of my calling!! If you want to feel cared for and prioritized, do not go here.

It has taken them a week to “verify” my Medicaid and call me with an appt (I still haven’t received a call). I called Medicaid myself and it took me less than 20 mins to verify that my Medicaid is in good standing, I have full pregnancy Medicaid, etc. Every time I call this doc office they just tell me so-and-so has my info and will call me. It’s been a week and nothing!! I guess I’ll be finding another obgyn. Was hoping to not have to drive 35 mins to one but this place is horrible.

Absolutely horrible. Would NOT recommend. Constantly lied to and have gotten the run around. No one can help or give straight answers. No one ever answers the phone. You have to go in there to get some ones attention to make an appointment or to speak to anyone. I had to leave work early just to handle a matter no one seemed to be able to help me with. I will take my business else where and I HIGHLY recommend you do also!
