I have worked in medical offices for years and my last experience here was awesome, It was a Monday and I was in and out. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The new NP, Lindsey, was very thorough.nI have no complaints.nThankyou for been there!!

My husband is a veteran and has been waiting for the VA to set him up with an outside primary care doctor for over a year. Finally got them to set it up but had to wait another 4 months for the actual appointment. Arrived at 10:10am for his 11am appointment. Was given paperwork to fill out. Got most of it filled out when he was called to the desk to be told that they were canceling the appointment stating he was “late”. He says no my appointment is not until 10:30. She said no you were supposed to be here 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. He tells her that he has been waiting many months for this appointment and that as a diabetic he is in need of his medication and she just says “sorry” and that she can reschedule it. He told her not to bother and asked to speak to the office manager. He was sitting were could see and hear everything going on but just sat there and refused to speak to him. Terrible customer service. These people do not realize that they do not have a practice without patients. Patients they are turning away for ridiculous reasons.

I just had my 1st appt with Ms. Hall who is amazing. Also their tech, Willie is very kind and knowledgeable. They are very open to helping you achieve what your goals are. I am updating this to agree with others. They need to do something with the referral dept. Left a message Monday. Voicemail says a 24 he return time ...and I'm still waiting on Friday.

I have become so disappointed in PPM the medical staff is pretty good, but the customer service staff is awful. They don't care at all, not helpful. Furthermore they're quick to tell you they have to reschedule your appointment if you're a few minutes late but are too lazy to give a 24-48 hours reminder call of appointments , I guess that would be too much of a bother for them, it could eliminate any confusion on appointment time. Don't bother calling trying to get through to a nurse cause you will sit on hold until the phone disconnects or you just get tired and hang up yourself. I thought these people suppose to be in the business of helping people

I went in for an intial visit I was 4 minutes late ...I do understand that it is my fault I suppose but 4 mins.I was told I would have to reschedule so I said I would find another doctor. Really sad and horrible customer service ever
