I made a new patient appointment a couple of weeks in advance. Upon arrival I had to fill out the standard paperwork which took a few minutes. Afterward, I waited maybe fifteen minutes until I was called back to a room. The nurse was very friendly. Dr. Banach is super nice and much more personable than many doctors. I also had some blood drawn. Mary was incredible and very good at her job!

Horrible horrible front staff. No matter what time you call they never have sick appointments available. They will say there all booked up even if you call right when they open. They don’t care what is going on with you, they just say we’ll go to the er even though most people can’t afford that. I’m switching doctors as soon as possible. Their front desk women are rude and unprofessional. Don’t go here. They don’t care what’s going on with you they just care about the amount of work they have to do.

They had us waiting in the exam room for over 2.5 hours before we even saw the doctor, who spent a maximum of 10 minutes with us. Would not recommend. Will not be going back. I have no idea who is leaving these five star reviews but it definitely was not our experience.

My husband was prescribed medicine on December 4th and now three months later we can not get authorization because the medical staff refuses to do the paperwork . We have had the parmacy and insurance company contact them multiple times and we have contacted them multiple times with no call backs. I finally went to speak to them in person only to be told they are undersaffed with too many patients . Apparently they cannot take care of their current patients so why add new ones.

I called to ask if they were taking new patients. After being hung up on twice and being put on hold without warning I'm going to have to recommend going anywhere but here. While the girl I talked to, Megan I believe it was did apologise for hanging up on me the first time. After being put on hold mid sentence and hung up on again I gave up.
