Only one lady that works there had a positive nurturing demeanor. The dark haired chick at the front desk has a rude and nasty tone and attitude. I hope you all do not encounter her because I’m sure a poor pup will miss a great opportunity of a better life due to her poor customer service skills and compassion for others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I went in to adopt one cat and ended up adopting two. I recommend adopting your next pet from them.

My sister is looking to adopt a dog so we went in to see what we could find. In my 67 years, I’ve always gotten dogs from shelters. I have never had such a negative experience.. as I’ve always done (and been allowed to do) I asked if we could take a dog outside and walk around with her. They said no and put us in a big room where she could still hear the other animals and smell all the familiar smells. They also told my sister, to adopt this dog would be $250.00. Everyone was so off putting. It was as though they really weren’t interested in finding good forever homes. For myself, I currently have a 12 year old dog adopted from a shelter when I lived in a town even smaller than Glasgow. They were so wonderful, clearly loved the animals. If the time should come that I need to adopt another dog, it certainly won’t be from this shelter.

Very rude. Drove 50 miles to see a dog that was on their website and as soon as we walked in the doors it was like they didn't even care about helping us and immediately asked if we had an appointment. There was nothing mentioned on their website about having to have an appointment. Then they told us that particular dog was adopted already, well update your website to let people know! I've never in my life encountered such rude, stuck up people! Will not be back! Hope those poor animals are able to find their forever homes!
