They need to improve there customer service. also they refuse to work with out of state people who move to AL. I can't help it if GA has electronic copies of our tags...

Completely useless people, they don't even know their own Policies/Procedures.

Won't even answer the phones. Laziest gov't employees I've ever seen

I've had to contact them a couple of times over the last few months and they are always a pleasure to deal with. Heather is the greatest and the most helpful person I've ever dealt with in a government office.

Super rude over the phone and not helpful.
