Good selection of cat & dog food & toys. Friendly staff. They actively help find new owners for cats (and probably dogs too) that need a new home.

Friendly staff and good products. They are having a little issue with deliveries due to Covid so call before going to make sure they have what your pet needs.

Currently standing in one of the longest lines and there are 2 people in the office not offering to help checkout with only one line open. On top of it the store smells immediately when I walked in. Yes, it's a pet store but the one in Montgomery does not smell like this. Smells like they don't clean out the animals.

Went in for crickets, an the guy that waited on me was pretty nice, he was with another customer, but acknowledged me, which I appreciate.
