Pretty professional. I feel as though they should communicate as staff with each better. I was over charged because I asked for one thing and it wasn’t communicated properly with other staff. But the refunded a portion. Also, if my dog is being boarded, and I call to check on her, you need to actually give me details on her well-being. Don’t just say “she’s fine” and you haven’t actually gotten off your butt to check. Other than my last visit, overall I haven’t had any issues.

My cat had to be spayed quickly because of a constant infection. I was concerned about cost because I'm between jobs and they quoted me $160 by phone. When I picked up my kitty imagine my surprise when she stated my bill was $260.....$100 over what they said...this on top of the $100.28 I already paid for the initial exam and antibiotics ! I am now going to struggle just to pay my utilities this month which are already past due. Other than the outrageous prices, they took good care of my kitty. If money wasn't an issue I would take all my animals there.

This vet is very good at what they do.. they are always so nice an welcoming of anyone and any furry friend. We love pell city animal hospital and we always refer people to this vet. They have saved some of my babies and took good care of them. The best understanding an helpful vet we have had.

Can not say enough great things about this place. They have the most caring staff of any place I have ever been. I have been taking my babies there since moving to the area in 2017 and I am so thankful for them. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable.

This was the first time I’ve taken a sick animal to this vet. Dr. Farmer and his staff were wonderful and treated my baby with love and care. Dr. Farmer was very thorough with his instructions for our pup and I am very happy with my decision to use this groups of veterinarians.
