Mrs. April was able to answer all my questions! The lady I spoke with at the DMV was a jerk and hung up on me! I hate I have to deal with her for updating my drivers license! I dread the day! She needs to be nicer and act like she likes her job or leave! There are alot of people looking for jobs who would love to take her place! I wish I could remember her name so I could call her name out on this issue!!! I can say Mrs. April thank you so much for being nice and caring! You my friend deserve a raise nomatter what anyone says!!!!
Actually this is Carol’s husband , Donny. Called to see if I needed to have an appointment to renew a bond. I knew the COVID-19 rules may have changed the previous no appointment and wait process. The lady told me things had changed and I needed an appointment. Will do so later....but I hung up with an answer!
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and very rude workers. With the exception of the small claim court workers. I asked three workers a question about the getting a tag. One worker walked off as if I wasn't there and the other two were quick to be done as if they didnt have less than 2 minutes to answer my question.
