Dr. Long was very thorough in explaining my procedure! He was very professional, answered all my questions.nHis staff was very efficient and friendly!nI highly recommend him!

My mother in law went to have surgery today and he refused to remove her gall bladder that is only functioning at 26 percent due to not having first 1200, then it was 1500, then it was 1697 because of her deductable. We spoke to her insurance who said there is no way until they bill them could they know what her deductable would be. After arguing with a very rude lady named Rhonda we left to go to another doctor to setup surgery that they will take payments for any deductable she may owe after they bill her insurance.
