The worst in Alabama, he never keeps the appointment schedule, and most of the people walking in and out are only looking for pills....I will be contacting the Alabama medical board

Visited 3 times, had to wait what was prob over an hour, even though nobody was in the building other than staff; rushes every appointment, and barely tries to understand the situation.nnI visited him so I could have medication that was already picked out by a specialist, and clearly said the medication (Which he prescribed during my previous interactions with him) and he still failed to prescribe my ANTI-PSYCHOTICS for a schizophrenic.nnAdditionally he has posters all around saying 'Do NOT call about medication'nnHe has his mother working the desk, which isn't a problem until you realise that she can barely operate a computer, and isn't fluent in english. I feel rude pointing this out, but she has trouble understanding most things you say to her and probably should not have a job at her age.nnThe assistant staff on the otherhand seems to be more competent than the doctor himself, and does most of the doctors work for him.nnOnly go to this doctor if you want to be put on meds just to get high, not if you actually need some form of treatment.

Definitely not worth recommending,nHard to get an appointment. Doesn't call in your prescription when needed. Been waiting over 3 months for my Diabetic supplies. Been waiting over a month for my Blood pressure medication. Not a Dr anyone should see unless you're ready to die. Told me I had gas for 3 months but I was having small heart attachs. Was rushed to the hospital and almost died because I had a massive heart attach. He's going to kill someone... He almost killed me.

If the stars were in the negative I'd vote. Most times over 2 hour wait, let other appointments ahead, and 2 minutes with Dr.Jariwala that doesnt listen. Prescriptions are always wrong,refuse to give prior authorization for meds he prescribed. They dont take debit but will not give you change. Worst Doctor I've ever seen. I've been trying to get new doc but unfortunately Medicaid patients are treated less than.

If I could rate a zero I would have. He is the worst doctor ever. Does not take the time to listen to what is wrong with you. Have to wait for your medication to be called in. I would not recommend anyone see him much less my dog unless you are ready to die.
