Been going to this pain clinic for 8 months. When I refused an epidural due to diabetic concerns, I was dismissed as a patient. Would not recommend at all. ... what a joke this place is

Had a block in my back on 1/8/2020, I haven't walked right since,so much pain daily, I went to. Birmingham to all type of specialist, chiropractic and physical therapy now I am seeing a,neurosurgeon , nothing is helping wih the Pain I feel. Think twice before any type of block.

Dr Bennett is a Really fine Dr. The staff won't call you back though. I messed up but not like the Anniston office is telling other drs now I can't get any help at all I keep calling the Pell City they told me but now they won't let me. The nurse that handles this won't answer my call or Stacy won't call me back. I live with so much pain and there are so many days I can't even get out of bed I did mess up but when I left that day I told her I Was going to try and find another Dr I was waiting for him to accept me when I told them that I wouldn't be using them so then when they said I couldn't come back when they I could. Dr. Bennett and Dr. Tubbs and Dr Gilland are great doctors but I felt the nurse practicianer had a problem with me personally. She told me the day she changed my medicine that I could Always come back but he now I saying I refused a pill count when she went put me on strips I did not refuse I just canceled my appointment because I thought I had another Dr. I had already gone to thought he was gonna see so I canceled my appointment with this one. Now that because of what she wrote I can't find any Dr to see me .I hope these 3 drs see this and will decide to let me come back I will do a pill count every two weeks if they will let me come back and put me back on my percocets 10s I will at least have a life to live right now I don't have one. I seriously hope these 3 drs will give me another chance and if I go to Anniston like I did before I only want to see Dr. Gilland he know I wasn't abusing them. I really hope they read this I really can't live with this pain anymore. I will do actually as he tells me to do. I'll even drive to Pell City to see Dr. Tubbs or Dr Bennett. What ever I need to do to get rid of most of this pain so I can function to raise my 7 ur old daughter. I tell hate telling her the pain is to bad that I can't play with with her. I am upset that Stacy won't even call me back
