They have helped me tremendously. Very sweet drs and nurses. Gets you in and out really fast. Would not wanna go any where else
Love the doctors there, they get you in and out quickly and always take the time to to talk to you unlike my last pain management doctor that would only come in long enough to listen to my heart and lungs and walk back out of the room and would never bother to ask how well your pain meds were doing for you or anything else. I timed my last visit with my previous doctor and it took me like 90 seconds to get my medication.
Great people as long as you don’t have an issue with something once you leave the clinic. You may end up speaking with the worst bedside manner I have ever met. This one nurse brings them from great, to what the hell just happened and why?!?. If you do call back the next day make sure your doctor puts really good notes about your conversation. Or else she goes into this repeat of it’s not in the notes. It’s not in the notes. If you question the “nurse” about her answer, you will then be treated like a child or like an idiot and told there is nothing they are going to do until they see you again. Go ahead and ask about coming back in and she will say “no they won’t see you”. I thought that’s what I pay for is help, not just a script farm. And lastly as a feather in this one individuals cap, she talk about you to the other clinicians in the back or down the hallway afterwards. In 3 years I have had what I thought were 3 reasonable questions based on conversations with the doctors. The 2 times I had the pleasure of her responding it has been the same thing each time.nThey fire her and the people are awesome.
I’ve been going to Dr. Bennett and Dr. Gilliland for 7 years now after having a horrible accident that tore my Achilles’ tendon. I developed RSD and have chronic pain in my foot. I couldn’t function because of the severity of my pain. I was referred too Dr. Bennett and will be forever grateful to him and all of his staff. He worked with me until he got the right medications that gave me my quality of life back. I’m forever grateful to him and his associates and all of the caring staff he has that make you feel like you matter!
I only had a few visits. The two different Doctors I saw were great. But...was still working on getting the correct dosage to last from month to month. My prescription ran 4 or 5 days short. I told the Dr. So she added a different prescription to go with it to see if it helped. My next visit I was having a pain block. I sat back there for 30 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. I went in, had the procedure, and when they brought me out, a woman working there told me to be back in two weeks for a pill count. Told me neither of the prescriptions showed up in my test. Now, keep in mind, I am just coming out from under anesthesia, and this lady is insinuating I am doing something else with my prescription. I told her when I took that test, I only had one prescription. And that I had told the Dr. that I run a few days short. Then she decided to actually go check records. Obviously they were more interested in making insinuations than talking to the Doctor, checking to see what prescriptions I was actually on AT THE TIME OF THE TEST, or maybe speaking with me BEFORE I go under for the procedure instead of waiting for me to come out under anesthesia. I was told to come back in two weeks for a pill count. Was not told to bring anything else. When I came back, they asked about the other prescription. A patch. I didn't have it. Was not told to bring that. They told me I had to get it. An hour drive there, an hour back home, another hour back there, and another hour drive back home. Because I was not told to bring it to start with. Use this place only if you are desperate. And beware the blonde woman that likes to make insinuations without even checking records, speaking with doctors, or speaking with the patient while he has a clear mind but prefers catching them waking up from anesthesia.
