If I could give TherapySouth in Crestline more than 5 STARS I would ! I have been to see Sally there numerous times for issues from frozen shoulder to herniated disks and she and the crew were exception. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Sally gave me the very best in PT to get me back to playing golf and other activities that I enjoy. I put total trust in her and the entire team and would highly recommend them to anybody.

I had a great experience at Crestline Therapy South while recovering from my total knee replacement surgery. All of the staff including the office were most pleasant and helpful. Sally and Zach were exceptional therapist. They were very accommodating to schedule appointments that allowed me to continue therapy after I returned to work. I unfortunately developed some scar tissue but with their expertise, kind but intense coaching, and persistence, I was able to reach my goals. I would highly recommend this team!

I could go on for days about how awesome therapy south is! They have amazing therapists who are skilled to provide services that will help treat anything from low back pain to jaw pain. They make you feel so comfortable, are so encouraging, and will listen to your goals and work with you to get you back to feeling like your normal self. Their level of care is top notch! 10/10!

I can’t say enough about the care I receive at the Crestline location of Therapy South. I have seen Sally and Zach through the years with various injuries. Both go above and beyond to care for their patients. Their knowledge and skill is second to none.

Dealing with a proximal humerus fracture has been no fun but the staff here are amazing. All of the therapists here are so talented. Zac and Andrew are amazing. The techs are so nice, and even the front office staff have been a blessing. God bless Therapy South Mtn Brook for helping me get my broken and frozen shoulder moving again. It has been a long road to recovery but the staff has worked with me at every visit to help me, and encourage me.
