SLEEK Sports Bar

I was invited out to have a good time with friends. This bar has to be one of the most unprofessional establishments I’ve been in. First it’s only bar service and the ladies at the bar obviously had their favorites.( I was passed over 3 times “with I will be with you in a min” ) To only have several new people walk up the bar and they got services immediately. I always try to support black businesses. But my people need to have better customer service than this. I will not return.

Not sure how well the customer service is during normal daytime hours but at night it sucks. Granite it was late and they we're a little busy but no one ever greeted my party. After sitting for about 40 minutes with no menus and no waitress we decided to leave. I will probably give them another shot because the atmosphere was nice and I would really like to try the food.

I usually don't review but I think it's necessary at this time. I paid a $10 cover charge just to sit there. No food nor drinks. This place needs better management and more people on staff. I watched all the girls work on hookah and no one tend to the bar. Ppl around said I would be waiting a long time for someone to come to the bar. I try the inside bar and it is just as bad. 1-2 bartenders just isn't cutting it. I overhear ppl saying they have not receive their food yet. Most visits, they usually have a bad attitudes and hardly acknowledge you. The person who will always acknowledge you is collecting cover charges. I think the environment is cool. It use to have much potential but it's becoming a let down.

I wish I could give this bar 0 stars! Came on a Saturday night, had to pay $10 a person to get in which was fine but there were no places to sit. Place was nasty, horrible smell, and the bartender only served the 3 people who was seated at the bar. A lot of people were standing up trying to eat. Never coming back

Staff preoccupied. Maybe only 6 people in building. It Took 1 1/2 hrs before I asked Where the meal was. After meal was delivered it was cold. Service extremely poor ud83dude22. I said to myself they will definitely not get any more of my money.
